At Golu Bhai Badalia Diamonds, every piece is crafted with precision and care. We aim to ensure complete satisfaction with every purchase. This Returns & Refund Policy explains when returns, exchanges and refunds are accepted.
Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- The product received is damaged, defective or incorrect.
- The issue is reported within 24–48 hours of delivery.
- The item is unused, unworn and in original condition.
All tags, certificates, invoices and packaging are intact.
Please Note: Custom-made, personalised or made-to-order jewellery is not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Customised jewellery
- Engraved items
- Altered or resized items
- Products showing signs of wear or damage caused by misuse
- Items without original packaging, invoice or authenticity certificate
Reporting an Issue
To initiate a return, contact our team within 24–48 hours of receiving the order.

Return Approval
- Once your request is reviewed, our team will confirm whether the item is eligible for return.
- Approved returns must be shipped back using the secure, insured method provided by us.
- Unauthorised returns will not be accepted.
Inspection and Verification
- After we receive the returned item, our quality team will inspect it.
- Refunds or exchanges will be processed only if the item is verified as unused, intact and eligible.
Refund Process
- If approved, refunds will be processed through the original mode of payment or store credit, depending on the case.
- Refund timelines vary by payment provider but generally take 7–14 working days.
- Shipping charges, insurance fees and handling charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
- If the item is eligible, you may opt for an exchange instead of a refund.
- Price differences (if any) must be paid by the customer.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled only before processing begins.
- Custom-made orders cannot be cancelled once production starts.
Damage During Return Shipping
- Returned items damaged during transit due to improper packaging will not be eligible for refund or exchange.
- We strongly recommend using the secure, insured shipping service provided by our team.
Final Decision
- All decisions regarding returns, refunds and exchanges are at the sole discretion of Golu Bhai Badalia Diamonds.
